Breakdown of The Program

The program consists of 12 modules in the format of pre-recorded powerpoint webinars by Dr. Sat Dharam Kaur, ND, and a pdf of the modules content. Each of the 12 modules include a Home Practice Assignment which is to be submitted, if certification is your goal.

Webinars are presented through AdobeConnect – you simply need high-speed internet. The online discussion, lead by Dr. Priya Duggal, ND, will be through Zoom (a video conferencing platform) – once a week, for the duration of the 12-week program. There is no extra charge for the use of Zoom.

In the online 12 week duration of the program, you will study one module per week, by viewing the pre-recorded webinars and pdf before the live Zoom call. Be ready with questions and comments for the Zoom call. You will have access to 12 online meditation videos and an online “Moodle” as a part of the course.
